Large computer companies often don’t want to deal with the small scale problems that a small office may have. We are willing and able to come to your home/office and fix problems on the spot.
Sometimes there are hardware/software problems that require special test gear, so occasionally we need to take you computer away. We try to solve the problem and have your computer back to you the next day. Of course, there are going to be times when the problem will take longer and we will let you know as soon as possible of this.
The basic cost of repairs is our normal hourly rate; if repairs are likely to cost more than 1 ½ hours then we will ask before proceeding.
