Many people are not aware of the need to have a second (or third) copy of valuable documents. We never know when the disc will become corrupted and so we need to make sure that we have copies of those important files!
If you need to do this (and who doesn't!), then here at WyvernTech we are going to give you a helping hand. Send us your important files as attachments via email and we will burn these onto a CD R disc which you will be able to keep away from your computer for when disaster strikes, not if!
Copying a single file to a CD starts at $20, including standard post back to you. Larger files or many files please email for quote. We will use a standard WyvernTech label for most work but if you would like to supply your own artwork then we can use this for a small additional charge.

For a fuller service, some people and companies need to consider a disaster recovery plan. This involves making sure that you have enough backups on hand to be able to get your system running again ASAP if a disaster strikes.
At the first level, this involves making regular backups of your files, as mentioned above.
When you have a real disaster and your hard disk fails, you need to be able to recover programs and operating system (Windows or Mac) as well as files. This case, you would need to have created a backup of your whole hard disc, as well as your everyday files. From these two sources you can then recover your system, with the minimum delay.
Disaster recovery is not a cheap thing and big business is not shy about spending many millions on just this solution, hoping that they never need it, of course.
Although you spend thousands on hardware and software to run your business, your biggest asset is the data you store on the system, not the system itself. You can't afford to lose the files that tell you how much people owe you or you owe them.
